A lovely hardback in green "leatherette" with gold embossed runes, brought out as a Collector's Edition by Houghton Mifflin in 1973. The leatherette with the matching yellow/green paper sketch is the slipcover it originally came in.  The last one I have no information on , but the painting of Smaug is very dramatically posed as he spouts flame at the metallic-silver embossed title.
