A Short Verse for Frodo

I am fading
can you not see?
what power it holds over me?
I am fading
I am translucent
Do you not see me?
Help me Sam
I am fading
- samwisegirl

An Alliteration for sweet Frodo.

Frisky Frodo frolicked in the freshly furrowed field that was filled with flowers, fieldmice and friends. Fleetly he flew on fast, furry feet, his fingers flaying freely in the breeze, without any frowns flitting on his fair face, but a few freckles were found on his forehead. He flipped and flopped and floated all around forgetting all of his frightening fears. Following four fun-filled hours, the famished friends feasted frenzidly on their favorite fare of fruit, fish fried over fiery flames, frosted cake and root beer floats. Finally, the friendly Frodo, without any fanfare or flourish, fell fast asleep on his fluffy feather bed.
- Calafalas

Frodo Laughing

A cheerful sound, a happy laugh,
He gives in the Shire so green.
He joyfully embraces his wizard friend,
Glad that his waiting is at an end
For the finest party they've ever seen.

His friend returns his warmest hugs,
Gladly enfolds this friend so dear,
In large and gentle hands he holds
One small of frame, with heart so bold
It lights his eyes to have him near.

The sound of innocence and cheer -
This is a valued treasure great;
For such a friendly, welcoming smile
Washes away the weary miles,
And lifts, for a moment, the hand of fate.
- Primula

Havens

I thought my green haven would
shield me once more
But I still suffer the sting
My stabbed flesh, still sore

It is easy to smile, they do
touch my eyes
Just tired of forcing laughs
So I'll prepare my good-byes

And to a new Haven I'll come,
If for a brief moment in time
Then sail away to silver horizons
This journey has been
Sublime
- Knocking Thrush

Frodo Baggins

Friend of Elves,
Rich in Wisdom;
Our world is saved by his
Deeds. His life is gone,
Our lives are safe.
- Vison

To Frodo!

Black Riders
Thump, thump, thump
They creep through day and night
Clop, clop, clop
To fight an evil fight
Thump, thump, thump
In black they dress to hide
Clop, clop, clop
Their ghostly forms inside

When they'll come, you never know
What they'll do, you cannot woe
When you see them run and hide
Frodo fears them from inside

Thump, thump, thump
They always feal the ring
Clop, clop, clop
Put it on and you'll hear them sing
Thump, thump thump
They scream in the night, songs aloud
Clop, clop, clop
They feal the ring, to its power their bound

When they'll come, you never know
What they'll do, you cannot woe
When you see them, run and hide
Frodo fears them from inside

Thump, thump, thump
The Black Riders or Nazgul so called
Clop, clop, clop
Mounted on black horses, with bodies mauled
Thump, thump, thump
Beware of them dear Frodo
Clop, clop, clop
They will kill you, this I know

When they'll come, you never know
What they'll do, you cannot woe
When you see them, run and hide
Frodo fears them from inside

A Dangerous Business

Not all who are lost wander
Not all Elves like trees
Not all dwarves like mines
Hobbits lose weight
Wizards goof up
Some rings don't work
No mirror tells the truth

It's a dangerous business,
Frodo my lad
Going out the front door...
- Varda

-Frodo-

With lost of dark brown curly hair,
skin thats scarred and yet so fair.
To Mordor he traveled with Sam by his side,
were mountains could be seen far and wide.
Though injured he was many times,
the Elves healed him with thier mysterious rhymes.
He cast the ring into the fire,
but to see his friends was his greatest desire.
Back home to the Shire he came,
being greatly missed but now with great fame.
For he did what others could not,
he cast the ring into the fire so hot.
By boat he went across the sea,
becoming immortal forever in life and memory.
- caspar

I am fading

As the Ring Takes Hold.
As I look upon the ring,
a power grows within.
A sharp cry with a poisoning sting,
my heart starts to feel weary and so thin.

A DARKER WEB

Old spider spins a darker web,
In the Pass of Cirith Ungol.
Frodo senses a nameless dread,
Old spider spins a darker web.
Alas, Sam fears his master dead,
As he takes the Ring, and stumbles.
Old spider spins a darker web,
In the Pass of Cirith Ungol.
- Shelob

Alliteration for Frodo

Frail Frodo, fearful of fiery foes, fled on furry feet to free faithful friends from frightful fate. “Faith, friend, forsake following!” he forbade. Nevertheless fearless friend followed. “It’s futile,” Frodo fretted. “Fret not, Frodo. Final freedom will be found when, with flash and fire, the foe falls into flame. Then flight far on firm footing from foreign fields to favorite fireside and fellowship will flourish forever!”
- onónë

In honor of our dearest Frodo
*steps onto soapbox*

This isn't a poem, nor a story, but I would just like to say that Frodo has inspired me that even the little man can do great things. *raises pint* To Frodo, that your spirit and determination may live on for many generations to come.

*steps down from soapbox*
- Leggy Pants

Frodo's Eyes

His eyes were like oceans,
With so much depth, emotion,
You could see how he had felt,
When he watched the one ring melt.
- Queen of Gondor
