WORLD EXCLUSIVE - Holland Organised Artists Xpenditure, the European Art Cinema conglomerate, has bought the rights to The Hobbit and The Silmarillion.

The Hobbit, which will be shot entirely on location upon land reclaimed from the sea at the Zuider Zee, will commence filming in January 2005, while The Silmarillion, into which 80% of the budget is to be invested, will commence filming in January 2005, with locations set to include: Norway, Antartica and New Jersey.

Casting will commence in the fall and the emphasis will be on ''unknown actors.''

Those wishing to obtain an equity card can do so by sending a check for $1,000 made payable to PBME (Pink Beard Media Enterprises) and those wishing to have an introduction brokered to the casting director, should hire the internationally-renowned agent, Filicus Beardorpinkito, whose fees are still a very resonable 95% of all earnings with a cash advance of $5,000.
