A Merry poem
I wish so much that someone would see
How strong and caring I can be.
I wish someone would just see me,
Not my size and think that I’ll just flee.
I wish so much that I could ride,
Ride to battle and help turn the tide.
I wish that there was someone to confide,
So I don’t have the feeling to hide.
I wish so much that I was home
Not out on this wilderness roam.
I wish I could stare up at a starry dome,
And stay away from the seas frothy foam.
