Can you hear the sounds?
And water falling upon stone
A gentle music it is
Can you see the stars?
They flicker overhead like lamps in the wind
But never are extinguished
Clouds may hide and shadows dim
But beyond, the stars always shine
Taste the wind
Can you smell the fire?
The north wind brings ashes and fear
And a chill sharper than frost
When our minds were young
Everything seemed marvelous and beautiful
As the Ages bear us forward
We find new eyes to see this world
And new tongues to sing its praises
