The Heart of Legolas

“The heart of Legolas was running under the stars of a summer night in some northern glade amid the beech-woods…”

The Heart of Legolas

The heart of Legolas was running freely,
In a far northern glade long forgotten with time.
Surrounded by the majestic beech trees he loved,
With bright blue elvish eyes delighted at their sight.

The heart of Legolas was running freely,
Under the rustling green cloud of leaves he did pass.
While far above him in a clear summer night sky,
The light from countless stars lay softly around him.

The heart of Legolas was running freely,
Pure joy he was feeling for here he was at home.
With long blonde hair flowing as he vanished from view,
Deeper into the northern glade now gone with time.
