Three all-in-one paperbacks with movie tie-in covers.  The first from HarperCollins (2003), the middle one from Houghton Mifflin  (2003) and the third from Bookworld Press (2001).   Pretty basic bad guy photos.  The same artwork of the wraith on the horse was also used for HarperCollins 2003 individual titles with Fellowship green, Two Towers blue and the Return of the King in red.
