Japanese editions - according to a very helpful fan who could read Japanese, the first two are titled "The Hobbit's Adventure Part 1" and "The Hobbit's Adventure Part 2."  The beautiful white tree one is an all-in-one LOTR, and the last one with the salamander-like Smaug painting is "The Lord of the Rings Complete Guide."  - Thank you, Dana!
